WVEDC brings economic development professionals and organizations together to collaborate, advocate, strengthen existing business and attract new opportunity across the Mountain State.
01 / About WVEDC
The people behind West Virginia's next chapter.
WVEDC grew from the West Virginia Industrial Development Association, established in 1961. Today, its membership spans public and private-sector professionals working across utilities, railroads, banks, local development authorities, private industry, planning councils and government.
Successful economic development is coordinated work. WVEDC creates the forum where those people meet, share, learn and move common priorities forward.
